Spicy Hen’s Flamenco Class
Our professional flamenco teacher will build a basic, short and simple, however, very effective routine for you. Our teacher will break down the steps into basic parts to you can learn them more easily. You will learn graceful arm work and intricate footwork. Your dance routine and choreography will embrace simple foot steps, hand clapping and arm movements.
What to wear
Please try to wear a top that gives your arms plenty of unrestricted movement. Best not to wear very long trousers as you will be doing lots of tapping and stamping. As tapping is extremely important part of the dance, we suggest that your footwear is solid-soled so it makes distinctive tapping noise. Also make sure that your shoe has a smooth sole that will enable you to turn easily.
