Dirty Dance craze has started with the movie. Since its release everyone wants to learn the steps and moves of this salty type of dance. The Basic Grind

  2. Swing your hips back and forth, than side to side. Keep it as natural as you can. Bend your knees deeply. Keep the moves sensual!
  3. Move your hips fluidly in a circular direction.
  4. Move your feet across the floor to the beat.
  5. Add arm movements.

The Basic Step

  1. Step right, then bring the left foot together with the right.
  2. Do the opposite — step left and bring the right foot together.
  3. Now a little faster.

Now, grab your partner and have some fun shaking your booty with these classic dirty dancing moves.

The Basic Dip

  1. Get your partner or friend.
  2. Get your partner to turn you to the right.
  3. Your body needs to rest on your partner’s arm.
  4. Drop your head back ladies.
  5. Extend your right leg and raise your other leg as high as you can.
  6. That’s dirty dancing!

The Flamingo

  1. Start with hands and hips connected.
  2. Move your torso to the right (ladies).
  3. Gents bring your partner’s knee up to about waste level.
  4. Hold your partner’s leg.
  5. Resume the Basic Grind position after holding this position for a moment.

The Spin

  1. Gents place your right hand on your partner’s waist.
  2. Use your right hand to push her waist away from you, while your left hand pulls her around.
  3. Spin her in the opposite direction by reversing the hand positions.
  4. Ladies follow your partner’s lead through one, two or even three turns.

Don’t be afraid to improvise–there are no wrong steps in dirty dancing!!!
