It’s important to be fully prepared for your session in order to ensure your taste-buds will be 100% satisfied, making your class much more enjoyable on the day. Please feel free to read through the following cocktails in which we have categorised to aid you in making the best choice.

Martini fan? If you like the taste of dry Vermouth and you prefer simple tastes then try cocktails such as Classic Martini (Gin, Dry Vermouth, Bitters, Olive) , Dry Manhattan (Whiskey, Dry Vermouth, Bitters, Cherry) and Tequini (Tequila, Dry Vermouth, Bitters, Lemon Twist.)

If your adventurous and like the taste of the tropics, then why not try making a Blue Hawaiian (Rum, Blue Curacao, Creme de Coconut, Pineapple Juice), Hurricane (Light & Dark Rums, Passion Fruit, Orange & Lime Juices, Simple Syrup, Grenadine) or a Mai Tai (Light, Gold & Dark Rums, Orange).

Temperature is a very important factor within making cocktails, and its good to be fussy about whether you want them hot or chilled. If you fancy something frozen, then margaritas cocktails such as Hypnotiq Margarita (Tequila, Hypnotiq, Blue Curacao, Sour Mix, Pineapple Juice), Peach Margarita (Tequila, Triple Sec, Peach Schnapps, Lime Juice, Peaches) and Tamarind Margarita – Tequila, Tamarind Concentrate, Simple Syrup would be right up your street. However if you need warming up a little why not choose to make a Black Stripe (Dark Rum, Molasses or Honey, Hot Water), Hot Toddy (Whiskey or Brandy, Hot Tea, Lemon, Honey) and Tom & Jerry (Brandy, Dark Rum, Egg, Hot Water, Sugar)

If you dislike the taste of some spirits then you may prefer apple flavoured cocktails to disguise the harshness of the drink. The Happy Apple (Vodka, Apple and Lemon Juice, Apple Liqueur, Ginger Ale) and Apricot Lady (Gin, Apple Juice, Apricot Brandy) would be effective cocktails.
