Cheerleading is a perfect option to pack some fun and hilarity to your hen weekends. Spicy Hen will give you a glamorous girly experience you can laugh about for years to come with your friends. Spicy Hen’s professional cheerleading instructor will teach you pom-pom technique, tailor made cheers, team arm motions, funky dance routines, cheers and chants. No experience is necessary. No matter your age, size or physical fitness, your teacher will keep each class entertaining and tailor made for your group. Even those with two left feet you’ll have a great time!
What to wear:
- Wear trainers and comfy shoes.
- Wear comfortable clothes, jeans and tight clothes are not very easy to move in.
- Fancy dress and cheerleading outfits are encouraged to enhance the party mood.
